1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Titanium Laboratories provides indoor environmental services. The content on this Site is for informational purposes only. Official professional advice or service commitments are only provided through direct consultation and signed contracts.
3. SERVICE AGREEMENTS AND ESTIMATES
3.1 Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided by Titanium Laboratories are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to adjustment if actual conditions differ from those initially observed or reported.
3.2 Scope of Work
Each service engagement will be defined by a written scope of work, which may include:
- Description of services to be performed
- Timeline and schedule
- Pricing and payment terms
- Client responsibilities and obligations
- Access requirements
3.3 Changes to Scope
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope.
4. SCHEDULING AND ACCESS
4.1 Scheduling
Services will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling, subject to availability.
4.2 Access to Property
Client agrees to provide Titanium Laboratories and its personnel with reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times. Client is responsible for ensuring that:
- Personnel can safely access all areas requiring service
- Pets are properly secured or removed from service areas
- Occupants are informed of scheduled services
- Any special access requirements are communicated in advance
4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and charges as required by law.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, check, ACH transfer, or other payment methods as agreed upon in writing.
5.3 Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- One-time services: Payment is due upon completion of services or within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
- Recurring services: Payment is due prior to each scheduled service or according to the billing schedule established in the service agreement.
- Large projects: A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work, with the balance due upon completion or according to a milestone-based payment schedule.
5.4 Late Payments
Invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date are considered past due. Past due accounts may be subject to:
- A late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less
- Suspension of services until payment is received
- Referral to a collection agency
- Legal action to recover amounts owed
Client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Information Accuracy
Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the property, environmental conditions, and any known hazards or special circumstances that may affect service delivery.
6.2 Preparation
Client is responsible for preparing the property for service as instructed by Titanium Laboratories, which may include:
- Removing or covering food items
- Clearing access to service areas
- Notifying occupants of safety precautions
- Following pre-service and post-service instructions
6.3 Compliance with Recommendations
Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of our services may depend on following our recommendations, including but not limited to:
- Implementing preventive measures
- Addressing underlying moisture or structural issues
- Maintaining proper ventilation and humidity levels
- Following re-entry and safety protocols
6.4 Notification of Issues
Client agrees to promptly notify Titanium Laboratories of any concerns, adverse reactions, or issues arising from services provided.
7. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
This Site is provided “as is.” Titanium Laboratories makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or availability of the Site content.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titanium Laboratories shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this Site.
8.1 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Titanium Laboratories, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
- Client’s breach of these Terms
- Client’s violation of any law or regulation
- Client’s negligence or willful misconduct
- Claims by third parties related to Client’s property or operations
- Client’s failure to follow instructions or recommendations provided by Titanium Laboratories
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Titanium Laboratories and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY

12. HEALTH AND SAFETY
12.1 Safety Protocols

12.2 Chemical Usage
When chemicals are used in the course of services, Titanium Laboratories will:
- Use EPA-registered products appropriate for the application
- Provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) upon request
- Follow all label instructions and regulatory requirements
- Provide re-entry instructions when applicable
12.3 Client Safety Obligations
Client is responsible for:
- Informing occupants of scheduled services and safety precautions
- Ensuring compliance with re-entry times and safety instructions
- Notifying Titanium Laboratories of any occupants with special sensitivities or health conditions
- Following all posted safety notices and warnings
13. INSURANCE AND LICENSING
Titanium Laboratories maintains appropriate licenses and insurance coverage as required by federal, state, and local law. Copies of licenses and certificates of insurance are available upon request.
14. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Site or services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency.
16. TERMINATION OF WEBSITE USE
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
