I had minor water damage and elevated mold spores in my apartment, and Steve and his team did an amazing job cleaning, drying, disinfecting, and venting everything out. They worked quickly but were super neat and thorough. They even went the extra mile, taking care of some other areas that needed cosmetic repairs. I had such an amazing experience with Titanium Laboratories. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, kind and truly went above and beyond. I was anxious about having mold in my home and I called Steve for consultation when I received the mold testing report from another lab. Steve reviewed the lab report and provided his feedback same day. He analyzed the lab results and recommended cost effective solutions. He provided the services that I was not able to get from the lab that performed the testing. I cannot say enough amazing things about my entire experience! Steve and the Team were fantastic and very helpful. After my home inspection was complete, mold was found in my attic and basement. They took care of everything within two days, and they ran another test to be positive the mold was gone. After all the treatment, they left my basement and attic spotless!
